Hire Ava (“we,” “us”) operates hireava.co. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to talk with you and provide our services, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide.
- Booking a call. When you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
- Technical basics. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to run and secure the site. We use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic (pages visited, general location, how visitors found us) — this data is aggregated and we do not use it for advertising.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule conversations.
- To provide and manage our services if you become a client.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the site and our business work: Netlify (hosting and form handling), Calendly (scheduling), and Google Workspace (email). Each processes your information on our behalf under its own terms and safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request or maintain our working relationship, and we delete them when they’re no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@hireava.co and we’ll take care of it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new “last updated” date.
